This is the Ultimate Santa visit. Perfect for large families or those who prefer a more personal time of visiting with Santa. Photo time, Santa shares stories from the North Pole, and reads "The Night Before Christmas" or other stories...plus creates an experience that will be loved and cherished by all who "Believe".

Who is Santa Mac:

Santa Mac comes from the North Pole and the imagination of internationally award-winning family entertainer Jeffrey B McMullen, with over 6,000 shows and spans 40 years of providing world class programs for young people. Jeff’s fond memories of visiting Santa as a child is the inspiration that drives Santa Mac to be the very best, he can be so in return your visits with him create memories that will span generations and live on the side of your family refrigerator.

Jeff “Santa Mac” is one of the most highly sought after “Santa Helpers” in North America todays. Having the honor of sitting in the “Big Chair” in malls in Milwaukee, Las Vegas, Pasadena and Hollywood, Jeff has decided to take more control of the visit by opening his own magical venue known as his Christmas Cottage.

Jeff is also one of America’s leading authorities on Santa Training and he lectures at numerous national and international conferences on the importance of professionalism and performance of Santa. In fact, he recently started Kringle University which specializes in online and face to face conferences for Santa’s, Mrs. Claus’s and Elves.

How to book your special visit with Santa:

First, SELECT your special date and time.

“Visit Santa Fox Cities” is open select days from November 8th through December 23rd, so he can get ready for his one night trip around the world.
When you click on ‘BOOK NOW’ you may have to scroll down to find the available dates and time slots.

Fill in the contact information.

Santa wants to send you visit reminders.

All visits need to be paid in full when making your appointment.

Follow the Retainer Payment instructions. The retainer Payment is Non-Refundable.

A Confirmation Number

Will be assigned and is your link to your visit. Any changes to your visit will require this link. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Cancellation:

No Retainer Refunds are allowed for cancellation unless approved by “Visit Santa Fox Cities”.

Cancel and Reschedule:

You may cancel your appointment and reschedule your visit only if time slots are available.

Missed Visit

You may rebook if time slots allow. No additional retainer is necessary.

Now all you have to do is get excited, remember the date and time of your visit and arrive promptly for a great visit with Santa in his Christmas Cottage.

Don’t forget to dress warm

The cottage is heated comfortably, but not like your home.

There is no bathroom

So please account for that travel stop prior to your visit.

Take all the photos you want…have fun! You can even ask Santa for special poses.

Use your own camera and can even bring your own photographer. The Cottage does not provide a photographer, however, if an elf is available, they may assist.

Important

IMPORTANT: Of course, if your family enjoys the visit, tips are greatly appreciated but never expected. There is a Mailbox on the inside of the cottage which states “REINDEER FOOD FUND” for your donation. PLEASE DO NOT HAND CASH TO SANTA! It is awkward for Santa and the children may not understand.
